*Seminar Services refer to any offering made by and through REAL Entrepreneur, Inc such as a product/service, online summit, online webinar, online product, online service, live event etc.

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement to Receive Text Messages: By subscribing to our SMS service, you expressly agree to receive the following types of messages from us. The types of messages we send include, but are not limited to:

  • Promotions: Details about discounts, sales, or special offers available for a limited time.
  • Reminders: Notifications about upcoming events, important dates, or calls you have booked.
  • Confirmations: Confirmations of bookings, orders, or other actions you’ve taken.
  • Alerts: Information about unexpected changes to our services or events.
  • Updates & Notifications: Notices about changes in our terms of service, product orders, or other important updates.
  • News and Announcements: Updates about company news, product launches, or other significant events.
  • Invitations: Invites to exclusive events or opportunities.


Frequency of SMS Messages:
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and accept that the frequency of SMS messages we send may vary. While transactional notices and important updates constitute a significant portion of our SMS communications, subscribers may also occasionally receive promotional messages, invitations, and other types of content. Typically, transactional messages are sent based on specific actions or events related to your activity or purchases, whereas promotional messages and invitations are sent less frequently, based on our marketing and events schedule. The number of messages you receive will be based on your interactions with us, our services, and your preferences.

Opting Out:You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying with the keyword “STOP”. After sending the “STOP” message, you may not receive any further messages from us unless you expressly re-subscribe to our SMS services.

Limitations: We will do our best to send SMS messages in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee this. We are not responsible for messages that are not delivered or are delayed by any fault of third-party carriers or telecommunication systems.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply when sending or receiving text messages. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge you for sending or receiving text messages to or from REAL Success Network.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Any information you provide in connection with our SMS service is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding privacy or would like more detailed information, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Amendments: We may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive SMS messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

By subscribing to our SMS service, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

REFUND POLICY

The REAL Success Refund policy is crucially in place to support our customers in being held accountable to complete their training, raise their standards and create the lasting change they so desire. Please review the circumstances below.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for digital product purchases under the following circumstances, however in most cases refunds are not given upon successful booking:

  1. Duplicate Purchases: If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once, please request a refund which must be submitted in writing to help@realsuccess.net within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Irreparable Defect: If the digital product is found to have a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund. A refund request must be submitted in writing to help@realsuccess.net within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed.
  3. Deposit: On application for coaching or a product or service that is deemed to be a deposit, should the customer be declined to participate in the product or service, a refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

On successful confirmation of a product or service, refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: As digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences or circumstances beyond our control. It is up to the purchaser to confirm whether they cannot access the product they have purchased.
  2. Product Compatibility: Purchased products are compatible with up to date operating computer systems. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that they have an operating system that is compatible with the purchased product. Refunds will not be granted due to compatibility issues.
  3. Incomplete Product Understanding: We recommend reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and available documentation before making a purchase. Refunds will not be issued if a product does not meet your expectations due to misunderstanding its features or limitations.
  4. Clashing Dates & Availability: Should the dates of the product/programme clash with pre-existing commitments or are no longer available, a refund will not be granted, however with discretion, a credit may be provided to be used for any other available REAL Success Network product or service.
  5. Change of Dates: Should a scheduled event change dates or times, a refund will not be granted should the customer not be able to attend, however with discretion, a credit may be provided to be used for any other available REAL Success Network product or service.

Refund Process

Should you qualify for a refund, please follow the below steps:

  1. Contact the REAL Customer Experience team at help@realsuccess.net within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Provide the order number, purchase details and a detailed description of the reason for a refund request.
  3. The team will review the request and respond within 48hrs.
  4. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method on the 10th of the next calendar month.


SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

REAL SUCCESS VIP TICKET HOLDERS:

  1. Money-Back Guarantee: Attendees of the REAL Success summit who purchase VIP tickets are eligible for a money-back guarantee if they believe they did not receive the value promised during the event. To claim a refund, attendees must:
    Attend the summit.
  2. Submit a refund request in writing to help@realsuccess.net within 7 days of the summit’s conclusion.
  3. Include a detailed explanation of why the event did not meet the value promised.
  4. Upon verification, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

REAL SUCESS CLUB MEMBERSHIP (All levels):

  1. 30-Day Refund Policy: Memberships to the REAL Success CLUB are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
  2. A written refund request submitted to help@realsuccess.net within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. The request should include the order number and detailed purchase information.
  4. An explanation of why the CLUB membership did not meet your needs or expectations is required to better understand and improve our offerings.
  5. Once the refund request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

  1. The above special provisions operate alongside the general refund eligibility and non-refundable scenarios outlined in the existing REAL Success Refund Policy.
  2. All refund requests, whether under general or special provisions, are subject to verification and approval by the REAL Success team.

ENGAGEMENT:

The customer agrees to purchase from REAL Entrepreneur, Inc the Seminar Services offered as stipulated above and/or overleaf. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions contained in this herein and agree that the customers purchase together with these Terms & Conditions form a contract between the customer and REAL Entrepreneur, Inc.

REAL Entrepreneur, Inc endorses all of the Seminar Services offered and customer satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from REAL Entrepreneur, Inc (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases etc.) are covered by the following policies.

SEMINAR SERVICE CANCELLATIONS:

The customer understands that REAL Entrepreneur, Inc may cancel Seminar Services for any reason whatsoever by providing the customer written notice. 

Live Events:

All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If for any reason the customer is unable to attend, they can request a 100% credit at our online store or use the credit for a future live event. Please contact our Helpdesk on help@realsuccess.net regarding all ticket questions.

Third Party Live Events:

Any live events that are fulfilled by third party suppliers are non-refundable, with no exceptions.  If for any reason the customer is unable to attend, they can request a 100% credit at our online store or use the credit for a future live event. The customer hereby agrees that in the event that the Seminar Services are cancelled by REAL Entrepreneur, Inc, the customer is only entitled to a full refund of the payment made to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc free of any interest and charges, and the customer will not be entitled to claim against REAL Entrepreneur, Inc for any other costs, expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which they may have incurred or suffered as a result of such a cancellation. The customer further acknowledges that REAL Entrepreneur, Inc shall have no further liability to them in respect to the cancellation.

REAL Entrepreneur, Inc retains the right to reschedule an event to a different date, time or venue (whether online or at a physical location) instead of cancelling the event. In the case that the customer is not able to attend an event after it has been rescheduled, the client may be eligible to claim a credit at our online store.
